Pros

I've been with ALTEN for about 1.5 years. It's a great place to work for a lot of reasons. Our customer base is broad and includes space systems developers, med device manufacturers and robotics companies to name a few. We work with startups and large multi-nationals. Our sales and management teams work hard not just to find customers, but to find customers who will bring interesting work to keep our team members engaged and excited about the work that they are doing. Every time I start a new project, I get to learn about a new customer organization, new technology, and new product development processes and engineering approaches. I truly feel like I've earned 5 years of experience in the 1.5 years I've been with ALTEN. This is a great place to work, but also to develop skills quickly. Everyone works hard, but we really do take time to celebrate our victories and management is extremely supportive of this.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as being a "con" to working with ALTEN. It's a growing company so there are regularly a lot of new faces, but ALTEN does a pretty good job of integrating new team members.
