      Good salary, friendly team and great colleagues. AMAG has given me the opportunity to build a career and progress in terms of responsibility and income.

      Cons

      Still feels like a very corporate and rigid company, not a forward thinking and modern software house. Not much flexibility around working hours, and ability to work from home.

      Pros

      Has been a comfortable place to work. Up until early 2026, job security has been all but guaranteed. Responsibilities are reasonable.

      Cons

      We were recently bought out by private equity, so the future is uncertain, regardless of their optimism of leadership. Salaries are stale and greatly outpaced by inflation. Performance reviews are paused until 2027.
