Very Unprofessional Management - Anonymous employee AMAG Technology Employee Review

Poor management and backstabbing coworkers. The most unprofessional people in the company have management roles. Management that clearly has no idea how to keep good people in the company. Their idea of management is to set employees up to fail, when they decide they don't like them anymore. The company only recognized and rewarded the sales team. Other departments, that worked just as hard, never received rewards or any type of recognition.
