      Part from employees who are not related to this awful owner company, nothing is remotely acceptable

      Cons

      - micromanaged - they charge exhorbitant amount to company for materials and parts which they eventually buy from ebay. - zero integrity and compassion to associates - bare minimum pay with no chance of growth as all the upper management are family. Note: - their VP is creep, keeps ogling at all the ladies

      A few positive folks but overall a mess. Thankfully some people you talk to are nice and honest about how they feel here.

      Cons

      Easily one of the worst companies to ever work for, even according to both current and former employees. Trust the reviews, this job isn't worth it despite the job market being unfavorable. Family run-business that doesn't know how to actually run a company. First month, you realize everyone is miserable here. Benefits are one of the worst you will ever see.
