Business Outlook
Pros
Business is promising. They've been here for like 40 years or so. I've been in tech for long and seen companies fail to survive in the crazy market. But as AMAX's engineering enterprise AI and computing solutions, the demand is strong. Coworkers and managers are good. Won't call it the best workplace but it's good enough for me. I can focus on my work and career development.
Cons
For some reason, the management team seems to shy away from promoting or explaining themselves. I understand they prefer "actions speak louder than words" style and they earn trust with their products and services. But such a tendency would increase a LOT of work in marketing/HR/PR-related fields.
