Pros
They only give full time opportunities to management, so once you move up the ladder then you can receive health care and a retirement plan.
Cons
The GM was horrible at the time and I felt the need to leave. They would block opportunities and take down postings because they didn't want their employees to leave or know about the postings. They did it to me when I tried to transfer or apply for manager positions. They would take away benefits that you may have won if it doesn't suit their needs. They will shift your schedule so that the GM can get the time they want off. I was the only supervisor there when there was supposed to be five of us. I was overworked. I was expected to come in on my time off without pay and work on team building activities for the team.
