      Pros

      The benefits were great and all of the management were very respectful and kind. See free movies for you and your family and discount on concessions. Fun work environment!!!

      Cons

      Very hard to move up and receive promotions, because most people once they get promoted they tend to stay in that positions for life.

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
