      Pros

      Reasonable to personal issues, decent training. Good starting salary for what kind of job it was. Nice uniforms and people.

      Cons

      Management on different pages. Bad business strategy by letting in all of the customers while the kinks were still being worked out.

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
