Pros
Generally great crew members, you receive a lot of experience mentoring. I will say that you get out what you put in. But, overall you will learn lots of job skills.
Cons
Disrespect. If you want your ideas to be heard then this is not the place to work. Senior Management is completely incompetent and is only concerned with the numbers. I can understand how a crew member might get these feelings, but I was a manager.
