Great company culture, I worked with some really great people at AMC. It was really easy to find people who would help you out and swap shifts with you when you couldn't make it a certain day.
Cons
A lot was asked and expected of us. Namely, I had to act as a server in multiple theaters at once all while making sure I did side work. Also, tips from a movie theater were not the greatest, so some nights as a server I only made state minimum wage.
