Free Movies and employee only screenings Managers are usually pretty flexible about requesting time off A lot of variety in the work you do
Cons
Minimum wage (you might get a ten cent raise once a year if you're lucky) Virtually no chance of advancement Managers promote people that don't deserve a promotion (its all favoritism) Working holidays for no extra pay (I don't even know if that's legal) Very high turnover rate Corporate really pushes everyone to sell stubs, and you're fired if you don't sell enough Too much work for the pay, and it can be stressful
