      -Cool benefits like free movies, drinks and popcorn. - Depending on your position, you meet some cool people - Flexible scedule - Hours. If you want to work, there is plenty of hours

      Cons

      - understaffed all the time - High Turn over (people quit before a month in all the time) - Favoritism - No breaks most of the time - Long shifts and closing is the worst

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
