Well for me, I get to meet lots of celebrities and see free movies. Plus you get promoted very quickly.
Cons
OMG!!! I can write a book, but I'm going to keep it short. We get these young managers who stays on their phones chit chatting. They have their friends in the office where the safe is. Your info isn't confidential. there are no employee restrooms and all leads are being demoted.
