You get $8 per hour, which is considered as high around the area.
Cons
They make you work a lot about 11 hours a day. Also, very unflexable schedule. You have to tell them 2 weeks prior to the day you want to take out. Also, all other associates do not work hard. They all either watch movie or eat popcorns. So, the very first time you were there, it feels like you are the only one working.
