Cons
- VERY LOW PAY for Supervisors, Managers, and Operations Coordinators - Extremely stressful and busy during the summer months - Concessions and Box Office are more stressful positions (if you are short on your register 2 times, you will be fired, no exceptions) - Angry customers at all aspects of the job, complaints about ticket/food prices, customer service - Employees are no longer allowed to specialize in one aspect of the movie theater business (i.e. Concessions, Usher, Box Office, Projection), you are required to work a minimum of one shift in concession per week.
