Pros
fellow employees were hilarious, i can tell i've already made some long-term friendships
Cons
it is not rewarding at all to work with people. there's no commission for selling membership cards which is not great, because they fire you if you don't sell a certain amount. they didn't used to do that but now they diehard check who is selling how much. their starting salary is 7.25 an hour, and after three months it has the gall to ONLY go up by 15 cents. managers tend to not really view you as anything other than disposable. seedy company, seedy management i guess. oh and their company motto is "we make smiles happen." more like "we make tears happen." 10/10 would not work here again.
