Pros
-the film crew becomes your work family and everyone is generally nice and gets along great -free movies for yourself, a couple friends and family -so easy Monday-Thursday as attendance to movies is low and thus not much to do -the only thing that will keep you working here, if you decide to stay for whatever period of time, is the poeple and relationships you have formed. other than that the job isnt worth it
Cons
-pay sucks with only a 30cent raise if your lucky every six months based on performance -management plays favorites -even though everyone is nice and friendly, it is kind of like a mini version of high school cliques. -you dont get to move or change positions alot -
