      Pros

      Free movies, exciting atmosphere. Easy to move up the management chain. Dine In Theater is an emerging industry, so there is a lot of room for advancement, especially in the newer theaters. Ability to move to other theaters nationwide permanently or as a temporary trainer. Movie and food perks.

      Cons

      Large corporate structure means little flexibility.

      - Alright pay for part-time. - ABUNDANT in advancement opportunities. - Detailed training program. - Relatively friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      - Workload > payload. - Was intentionally given all of the most unpleasant and grueling tasks due to being the newcomer. - Got off work much later than anticipated.
