      Moving up the ladder? None. The managers and supervisors are lazy, they make the crew members do everything!! Even during busy hours.

      - Workload > payload. - Was intentionally given all of the most unpleasant and grueling tasks due to being the newcomer. - Got off work much later than anticipated.
