      Fun, friendly environment. Flexible scheduling. Ability to move up in the company. Free popcorn and soda. Discounts on some concessions items. Free movies!

      Cons

      Minimum wage. Part-time (film-crew position). Few theaters are unionized (in NYC area). No discounts on concession items when visiting theaters you don't work for.

      - Alright pay for part-time. - ABUNDANT in advancement opportunities. - Detailed training program. - Relatively friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      - Workload > payload. - Was intentionally given all of the most unpleasant and grueling tasks due to being the newcomer. - Got off work much later than anticipated.
