      It's quite an easy job. Guest service is a huge priority and the management give plenty incentive for the crew to do well.

      Cons

      The management does not always understand that your life does not revolve around the theatre business. Management work many hours.

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
