Pros
Many hours available, free movies, reduced concession item prices (while working), an easy way to know your hours for the upcoming week (online), vast age range of employees, and a person can work their way from entrance level up.
Cons
People do a lot for a little pay: minimum wage, goes up annually (a few cents) after a manager review. Very hectic and busy. Sometimes dangerous. The system they use makes it easy to manipulate hours and break.
