      Pros

      They let you watch movies for free when not working. They also don't seem to be constantly on you about doing stuff.

      Cons

      I hated having to clean the theaters after a movie. Is it really so hard for people to pick up their own trash when the movie is finished?

      Not too intensive work, friendly coworkers, free movie tickets!!

      Cons

      Being an usher can be kind of icky sometimes, can be busy during peak times, only minimum wage, late closing hours
