Pros
It is a great place to work while in school because the managers are really good about working around your availability. The majority of the managers and supervisors were really nice, and easy to bond with while still remaining professional. Whenever we got slammed and needed extra help they would always come and help us out. The managers are pretty good about giving you time off, unless it is during the holidays. Free movies for yourself, as well as your immediate family is a big plus.
Cons
There aren't a lot of opportunities for advancement. If you are a crew member you will be stuck at a crew member level. There aren't many supervisor positions and it is very political when it comes to promoting/hiring a new supervisor. I worked here for 7 years and never got a holiday off. Every year near the holidays the managers send everyone a form to rate their holiday preferences in order of least important to most important. I submitted this form every year, but still never got any of the holidays off. The pay is terrible. I started at minimum wage, and got excellent reviews when they were conducted. Unfortunately, an excellent review only gets you a ten cent raise.
