Hours are flexible. Opportunities for growth come if you work towards them.
Cons
The starting pay is terrible. We require our team to work late hours, weekends and holidays for min. wage when they can walk across the mall hallway to other jobs and make way more money without staying until 1am and Christmas. Training is not great, we have to pretty much figure things out ourselves. Required holidays and weekends - which you know signing up for but it gets redundant after 10 years - I get holiday pay as a manager but supervisors and below do not, which is absolutely not okay in my opinion.
