Horrible Job - Anonymous employee AMC Entertainment Employee Review

There are so many cons its rediculous. You only get paid $8.75 an hour to slave for people who don't have the decency to throw away their trash. The employees don't seem to take their jobs seriously enough. Most of the people I met were really welcoming to me but others gave me the cold shoulder for now apparent reason. Scheduling is a joke there. They seem very rigid in the scheduling and aren't very flexible with the hours you give them. One time i got off my shift at about 1 in the morning and had to be there 8:30 am the next day. sleeping habbits aren't taken into consideration at all. Theres no work life balance.
