Pros
Good starting level job - try to not spend too long at it though, because there's very little upward mobility. Just take this job for experience, then leave.
Cons
Even the people who have worked there for years still only see a small hourly wage. Don't make it too much of a career choice, you want to move on quickly to bigger and better things
