Cons
Lots of favortism and politics leading to a toxic work environment. AMC relaxed it’s rules on favoritism. As a result, our regional manager was assigned our region and he’s best friends with a few General Managers. Promotions have not been ethically fair, and certain theaters and General Managers are getting special treatment.
