Pros
- Free movie tickets, popcorn, and drinks - Weekly scheduling - Co-workers
Cons
- Management was a travesty. There was favoritism and a strong disconnect with the needs of employees - Employees were encouraged to sell loyalty memberships that cost more than their hourly wage and given very half-hearted rewards for selling a lot - Minimum wage - You were wedged between management and the guests neither of which were likely to take your side - All employees were paid the same including kitchen staff that were given a weekly task that often took hours to complete - Once the Affordable Healthcare Act was passed, overtime and full-time was taken away to avoid giving employees benefits - If you get sick, don't expect them to care about anything except your reason for why you couldn't show up to work - To get promoted you must be a favorite and your pay grade will not go up by much. Expect to continue to work crazy hours.
