Pros
Simple job. Good pay for managers. Customers will be customers. You just have to know how to sweet talk and be able to change a persons mood if they’re angry. Free movies if you love watching movies. Great gig for first time workers.
Cons
Management is very clicky. No room for outsiders. My gm is pushing two of us out (the quiet ones who don’t drink wine and smoke dab pens in the office). My particular location is run by a gm who’s never really been at a real job. So scheduling is impossible for a set schedule. That’s a must as a full time manager in any professional setting.
