Pros
Management is pretty chill, hours are very flexible, made lots of friends, and I got to watch movies for free anytime I want. You can also get free food occasionally depending on who the managers at the moment are.
Cons
Sometimes you have to stay VERY late for closing: past 1am on the weekends, and anywhere from 9:30- 10:30 on the weekends. The GM was very stingy, and you were pretty much forced to push the AMC stubs card, or get written up. Holidays are SUPER busy, you are often faced with very angry guests, and have to communicate on a daily basis with complete morons. And of course, you start off at minimum wage, with about a $.25 raise after working there for six months. Definitely not enough to have to deal with everything in my opinion. Also, you receive next to no training whatsoever, being put to work nearly immediately after getting hired.
