Pros
Free movies. You get to meet some interesting guests and coworkers. You usually get to screen movies days before they are released.
Cons
You start off at minimum wage, which seems too little when you are working for an understaffed building and have to clean a sold out auditorium with just two people. Upper management doesn't care to budget enough payroll to help out it's overworked staff.
