Insane turnabout of policies, people and general things expected of you.
Lots of push to sell Stubs Memberships even tho everyone that wanted one/could use one because they go to the movies all the time already HAS one.
Its just trashy and never clean. Just push stuff under the seats (I've seen more than one rat while working there)
Managers fire people (who do their work) because they don't like them and keep on people (that don't do their work) because they're friends. (SO much of this)
Horrible pay, just barely minimum wage (and I worked there for 2 years and they only gave me a raise when the MINIMUM (STATE) WAGE changed...sooo it doesn't count.
You basically will only get paid more if you become a supervisor (and its not THAT much more - about 2 bucks)
They will NOT let you sit down EVER (unless you have a doctors note)
^I'm serious on that last one - they literally HIDE THE CHAIRS
