Pros
*Free Movies. *Tips if working as a Bartender. *Management have great people skills. *Management has been able to effectively create a balance in cooperation among the crew.
Cons
*Scheduled by week basis, you won't know your schedule until 1-2 days before it starts. *Purposely over employed to make sure entire crew's hours are low so that they can cut the cost of benefits. They advertise this as "flexibility" but it only makes it flexible for them. *Hours vary between 4-23 hours a week. The lower end being more common. *Higher management (corporate) not caring about the wellbeing of current employees. *No attempts at a work/life balance, unless mandated by the law. *Changing Full Time positions to Part Time positions to cut costs. *No Holiday compensation. *Even if employeed as a Bartender, they force you to work positions of the film crew. You should only work here if you can start off as a Manager or higher up. Even then there is still no attempts of a work life balance unless you are a General Manager or higher.
