You need the managers for EVERYTHING. Managers are the only ones who can get you more alcohol, or supplies. Supervisors don't even have keys to unlock your cabinets in the morning. The materials they use to make the bar are cheap/low quality. Our tap tower is loose, the catch tray is to small and the whole thing blocks impedes your view of the customers because it's in the middle of the bar top. Whoever designed the bar lay out must have never bartended or asked if the design was good because, WHO PUTS A WELL RIGHT INFRONT OF THE TAPS?!
