Pros
The best part of my job is the people I work with - Very flexible hours - All the base crew positions are very easy to learn - You can front of house or back of house depending if you like interacting with customers - Management will give you shifts based upon what roles you like to fill - From my experience this job attracts a lot of people interested in the arts or psychology. If you are into those things maybe you'll meet some like minded people.
Cons
- Scheduling is very sporadic sometimes depending on the season - Scheduling is assigned on a weekly basis, sometimes you don't know you're scheduled until the day before - Low pay and often not enough scheduled hours to make enough to pay rent - If you really hate touching garbage or cleaning bathrooms this might not be the job for you
