Pros
Great in-office atmosphere with fun perks. Most employees are very welcoming and nice. Great work/life balance, if you are doing your job well, no one looks over your shoulder. Free movies for you and your family and free prescreenings (for limited staff) are a fun perk.
Cons
Upper management has disconnect to people under them. It seems like outside of upper management, your job is constantly scrutinized if you're over about 40 - games such as getting dinged for not meeting metrics that you are never informed exist until you are getting "talked to" about not meeting them...then that's used as an excuse to fire. When they downsized several years ago, nearly everyone that was laid off were staff over the age of 40 - despite those people having by far the most experience with and loyalty to the company. Pay is fine; not great and not terrible.
