Pros
Kind and hard-working management. Work culture is very casual and "like family". Fun and diverse coworkers. Low stress.
Cons
Very low pay and little hours during slow months, which is over half the year. Virtually no benefits. You have to pay for parking, which is $11 every day. You are required to upsell, and with their prices already being ridiculous, it doesn't feel good to do.
