      * Recent setbacks have lessened morale * Engineering needs to have more emphasis, and not disregarded by other teams. * Not all work gets appreciated

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
