      Pros

      Management tries to communicate with employees, work hours are flexible, and I get to work on interesting projects that directly lead to products.

      Cons

      They keep cutting cost, and we're asked to work with minimum resource and amenities. It's discouraging that we're always being squeezed.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
