      Pros

      Good location, some good folks still around, great technology, but very immature processes and product development methodology.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities to grow or develop. Performance- good or bad- is not rewarded or punished. No focus on keeping top talent.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
