Pros
Global company, state-of-the-art techs, good info sharing, solid foundations and huge markets, good place for start-up job where you can learn a lot, good work efficient, clear team goals and personal targets
Cons
Almost no orientation for new hires (comparing to similar companies like Intel or Microsoft), no free soft drink and messy toilets (which I consider essential when evaluating the work environment), pushing-environment (too many after hours, no after hour fees, bad work/life balance)
