      Pros

      Was able to learn a lot and have many opportunities for career movement. Pay in the Semiconductor industry is typically very good.

      Cons

      Semiconductor is rough industry. Company has a bit of a chew you up and spit you out attitude - don't really care about people.

      Engineering led company Smart people to work with Always learning

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
