This is a place where you are encouraged to make decisions and take action, even if it is a mistake and you have to course correct. I have ownership of my business area and the freedom to drive improvements. Our CEO, Lisa Su, makes strategic investments and other decisions that gives me great confidence in the future of the company. Compensation is very competitive.
Cons
This is a fast growning company. So we are suffering through the normal growing pains that happen as we transform our business to meet that growth.
