      Great and genuine group of people to work with, supportive work environment, good work and life balance, people are laid back and want to do what's right

      Constant organizational changes, leadership team can be stronger in terms of business acumen and strategic thinking that is evidence based

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
