Pros
Culture is good, people understand when you need to take time off and are reasonable with the amount of work given. Night/Weekend work is sometimes requested (not forced), but is balanced by more relaxed days. Its a give and take. Pay is good, managers are nice, coworkers are nice, just all around a pretty good place to work.
Cons
I haven't worked for very long here, but I don't see many cons. Sometimes organization is a bit sparse, but that makes sense for how quickly this industry moves. There really aren't many cons I can think of.
