      Company is doing great. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Some groups have Many senior employees are not ready for new ideas and are simply holding their positions because of their long career with the company. Such people are loss for AMD - Hikes are low.

      Cons

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
