      * Great team of talented engineers to work with * Always got to work on cutting edge technology and chance to learn new things * Innovation and ideas are always encouraged and accepted. * Good pay and other benefits

      Cons

      * Change in vacation policy (i.e. not allowed to carry-over vacation) was not a very good idea.

      Pros

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Cons

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
