I wouldn’t call it a true negative, but it’s a company that’s still scaling. Things shift as the business grows. New roles get created, training programs are still being built out, and the team is testing what systems and tools make the most sense. I enjoy the pace and the problem-solving, but it might not fit someone looking for a fully established, rigid corporate setup. The upside is there’s a lot of autonomy and a real chance to shape best practices.

Excellent management team that keeps a pulse on the activities of the company. Heavily invests in the career development of all the employees, field and office. ACE has a educational program for all levels for the employees that surpass industry standard. ACE has a long term growth plan for the company to grow locally and to increase their foot print in other parts of the country. That provides potential for internal growth of current employees. They have successfully done that in the Buffalo, NY area. All Buffalo management and key employees came from the ACE home office area. ACE has a great overhead office support system to provide for the successful of the construction team. Great estimating department that understands the market. Great leadership in this department which provides oversight of the up and coming young estimators. ACE runs a very good construction project, staffs the projects with excellent management at the jobsite, both PM and Superintendents. ACE is very transparent in their policies and pay. They clearly outline what it takes to advance your career within ACE. I am thoroughly impressed with the vision ACE has and how they conduct their business.

ACE is very transparent and sometimes share to much information with their employees. Not sure that is a con, this is my opinion on some of the information that is shared.
