In my experience, I have not seen any cons. I am sure there are some, but in my position and tenure, I have not experienced any.

Supportive leadership that gives you room to build and run with ideas. Solid team culture where people actually help each other. Clear goals, good communication, and a pace that feels productive instead of chaotic. Growth opportunities are real, not just something they advertise. You feel valued here.

I wouldn’t call it a true negative, but it’s a company that’s still scaling. Things shift as the business grows. New roles get created, training programs are still being built out, and the team is testing what systems and tools make the most sense. I enjoy the pace and the problem-solving, but it might not fit someone looking for a fully established, rigid corporate setup. The upside is there’s a lot of autonomy and a real chance to shape best practices.
